Everyone is genuinely welcome here, whoever you are, whoever you love, and whatever your needs.

• Everyone's welcome. We celebrate every guest, whatever your ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, nationality, background or neurodiversity.
• Accessibility matters. We're upfront and honest about what each property can offer. Tell us your needs and we'll do everything we can to help, and we keep working to make our cottages more accessible over time.
• Respect is non-negotiable. Kindness and dignity, always. We don't tolerate harassment, discrimination or bullying of any kind.
• Dog friendly, properly. Every breed, every size, gentle giants and tiny furballs alike. Service animals are always welcome as a matter of course.
• Your voice counts. If something isn't right, tell us. We want to know, and we act on it.
• Supporting local. We work with local businesses and producers from all walks of life to keep our community vibrant and inclusive.
